Both. Many engagements are remote with strong daylight overlap; some are on-site with a client where we handle relocation and visas. You’ll always know the setup before you commit.
Five sequential stages: application screen, a real-world technical assessment, a live pair session, a system-design and communication round, and a client-fit interview. Only a small fraction of applicants make it through.
No, but AI fluency is assessed. Using copilots and agents well, with the judgment to know their limits, is part of the bar. Shipping production AI is a plus, not a requirement.
