Acveti is looking for an experienced Senior RF Analysis Engineer to support mission-critical spectrum engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), spectrum management, and wireless communication technologies. This role involves performing RF analyses, evaluating emerging wireless technologies, supporting spectrum policy initiatives, and providing technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Perform RF analyses to evaluate spectrum usage and ensure optimal spectrum access.

Conduct Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) analyses for spectrum-dependent systems.

Analyze RF propagation, interference, and spectrum-sharing scenarios.

Support spectrum management and electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) initiatives.

Evaluate emerging wireless technologies, including 5G and FutureG.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and technical stakeholders.

Participate in technical working groups and provide engineering recommendations.

Review technical deliverables and mentor junior RF engineers.

Validate engineering data and ensure the quality of RF analysis outputs.

Support spectrum modernization and wireless communication projects.
Required Skills
-
5+ years of experience in Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience performing Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) analysis.

Strong understanding of spectrum management principles.

Hands-on experience with wireless communication systems.

Knowledge of RF propagation models and RF protocols.

Experience with 4G LTE and 5G RAN technologies.

Understanding of spectrum-dependent communication and navigation systems.

Ability to analyze RF interference and spectrum-sharing scenarios.

Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior engineers.
Preferred Skills

Experience with ITU standards (ITU-R / ITU-T) and World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) processes.
