The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by Acveti or its licensors and are protected by law. Work product created during a client engagement is assigned to the client as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and statistics or examples shown are illustrative.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acveti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Acveti entity you contract with, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Engagement-specific terms are set out in the relevant agreement.
